The director of the Administration of the Utena District Municipality, Jonas Slapšinskas, receives residents regarding their questions and concerns on Tuesdays from 1-5pm. Residents, in order to receive consultations and answers to questions of concern to them as well as to register for consultations with the Municipality’s specialists or for an appointment with the district’s leaders, may register via the Internet, using e-banking systems (AB SEB bankas, AB Swedbank, AB DnB NORD, AB Šiaulių bankas, Nordea Bank Lietuva, AB Ūkio bankas, AB Citadele bankas, UAB Medicinos bankas, AB Danske bankas), using a personal identity card, as clients of the UAB Skaitmeninio sertifikavimo centras (JSC Digital certification centre), using the mobile electronic signature of UAB Bitė Lietuva (JSC Bitė Lietuva), the mobile electronic signature of UAB Omnitel (JSC Omnitel), through the State Enterprise Centre of Registers, and/or through a Lithuanian credit union. A client, having requested a consultation service, may check the process by which it is being carried out, find out the name of the person responsible for carrying it out, and see the history of hand-overs of associated tasks. This information is accessed by logging on to the personalised (individualised) section of the Utena District Municipality’s website.
